Builders Wholesale in Chester donated $15,000 in building materials to Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County, which began in 1992 and completed its 50th home in December. Homes are provided through volunteer, community-led efforts. The donation will go to the organization’s ReStore, which sells new and gently used items to fund the construction of affordable homes for low-income families. Present at the donation were, from left, Chase Capito, Tom Ogden, Tommy Ogden, Janet Harris, Executive Director Linda Swaney, Billy Miller, Shelly DeBee and Jay Jeter.
