Dustin McCoy, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to receiving/transferring stolen property. Sentence of one year in jail converted to 365 days' home confinement, with day reporting and drug testing. Assessed court costs and fees. Pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (two counts). Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation, to run consecutive with the other charge. Assessed court costs and a probation fee. Pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Matthew Tomblin, Weirton, pleaded guilty driving under the influence with injury. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, with credit for 12 hours served and order to serve remaining 12 hours. Fifty-nine days suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation with a $30 fee. Fined $200 and assessed court costs.

Anthony Rasicci, Wintersville, charge of driving under the influence (third offense) refiled as DUI (second offense), to which defendant pleaded guilty. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on six months' home confinement. Assessed court costs.
