CATTRELL, Robert L., age 88, of Lehigh Acres, Florida and Steuben Woods, Steubenville, Ohio, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, May 15, 2013, at the Gulf Coast Hospital, Ft. Myers, Florida.

He was born Nov. 15, 1924, in Toronto, Ohio, the son of the late George W. and Anna V. (Vaughn) Cattrell.

Robert was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church of Toronto; Toronto Masonic Lodge 583 F.&A.M. He was a 1942 graduate of Toronto High School and attended Kent State University and Indiana University of Pennsylvania and served his country during WW II in the Army Air Corps.

He was owner and chief operating officer of Cattrell Companies of Toronto.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brother, George Cattrell; sister, Ann Archer; wife, Barbara Metcalf Cattrell Donnet and grandson, David Rasor.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Janet (Johanna Wells) Cattrell, whom he married May 11, 1973; children, Christine (Robert) Hargrave of Wintersville, OH, Patricia Cattrell of Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara Lee Bresson of Toronto, OH, Richard (Sue Ann) Rasor of Texas; Wendy (Larry) Estep of Hilliard, OH and brother, Donald (Kay) Cattrell of Hendersonville, N.C. grandchildren: Marla (Scott) Inderbitzen, Craig McCasland, Pam (John) Scanlon, Bob (Sharon) Power, Julie Power, Alyssa (Randy) Shaw, Brian (Dawn) Bresson, Christa (William) Garrison, Melanie Rasor, Amanda Rasor, Paul Frisbee, Elizabeth Frisbee, Jonathan Frisbee, Lydia Frisbee, Hope Frisbee, Tyler Estep and Lauren Estep and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation hours for Robert will be held from 1 to 4 and from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, May 20, at the Riverview United Methodist Church, North River Ave., Toronto. Toronto Masonic Lodge Services will be held 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

A celebration service of Robert's life will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Riverview United Methodist Church with Pastor Josh Elliott officiating. Interment will be at the Toronto Union Cemetery. There will be Military graveside honors by the Toronto American Legion.
