Fayak, 31, 214 Ravine St., no seat belt and defective vehicle; Deborah L. McGill, 48, Dennison, expired registration; and John C. Sullup, 33, 1113 State St., stop sign.

Arrested: Chase J. Matthews, 28, 516 Irma St., Brilliant, bench warrant out of municipal court, Thursday.

Theft: Storage sheds on state Route 646, Bloomingdale, broken into about a week ago and weed trimmer, cans of gasoline and several hundred feet of electrical wire taken.
