WEIRTON - Attorney Pam Zagula gave a presentation on estate planning, long-term care planning an asset protection to seniors and retirees at a recent Weirton-Wellsburg Credit Union Chapter meeting.
Zagula and her brother Matt Zagula wrote "Invasion of the Money Snatchers: A Practical Guide to Protecting Your Stuff From Creditors, Predators and a Government Gone Wild" and "When Attorneys Err," which identifies common errors in standard estate planning documents. Those in attendance received complimentary copies of both books.
The Weirton-Wellsburg Chapter consists of the following Credit Unions: Eagle Can Employees Federal Credit Union, First Choice America Community Federal Credit Union, Hancock School Employees Federal Credit Union, Strip Steel Community Federal Credit Union and Tin Mill Employees Federal Credit Union.
