School won't pay legal fees

MIDLAND, Pa. (AP) - The board of the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School has voted to stop paying the legal fees of its founder and former chief executive officer, who was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this month on charges he siphoned more than $8 million from the school through a network of profit and nonprofit companies he also controlled.
