Sept. 12

Brandon Mullins, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Gabriel Wise, Palatka, Fla., pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 45 days in jail, with credit for 12 days served and the remaining 33 days suspended. Placed on six months' unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs. Pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail with credit for time served. Assessed court costs. Charges of brandishing a deadly weapon, assault on a police officer and public intoxication dismissed at prosecutor's request.

Sept. 13

Anthony Hurst, Weirton, two counts of malicious wounding and escape dismissed due to superseding indictment.

Charles Gamble, Newell, charge of robbery dismissed due to superseding indictment.

Justine Mayley, Weirton, charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice at prosecutor's request.

Derek Bragg, Newell, charge of grand larceny dismissed due to superseding indictment.

Alexis Majoris, Weirton, charge of shoplifting (third offense) bound over to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.

Tawnya Metheny, Weirton, charge of possession with intent to deliver controlled substance bound over to Hancock County Circuit Court. Defendant waived preliminary hearing.
