NEW CUMBERLAND - Stacey Lynn Caine and Frank Charles Purpura were united in marriage at 4 p.m. on June 1 at the formal gardens of Olgebay Park in Wheeling. The Rev. Michael Eskridge officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Deborah Caine of New Cumberland and the late Jeffrey Caine.
The groom is the son of Rhonda Purpura of Benwood, W.Va., and Joseph Purpura of Proctor, W.Va.

Sandra Kozera was the matron of honor, while Jessica Wheaton was the maid of honor.
Chad Purpura, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Bridesmaids were Heather Doyle and Kristin Thompson and Kaylee Purpura, sister of the groom.
The groomsmen included Ryan Richards and Josh Giovengo, cousins of the groom, and Jamie Zelewicz.
The flower girl was Elena Williams. The ring bearers were Ian and Maddox Richards.
A reception was held at the McLure House Hotel in Wheeling.
The bride is a graduate of Oak Glen High School and a 2003 graduate of Bethany College. She is employed at Williams Lea in Wheeling and is a freelance graphic designer.
The groom is a graduate of Bishop Donahue High School and a 2000 graduate of Virginia Tech. He is employed by PPG in Pittsburgh as a systems analyst.
After a honeymoon to Las Vegas, the couple reside in Elm Grove.
