To the editor:
This section of the Herald-Star receives some very well- written letters that are used for thank-yous and pleas for help, as well as political comments.
Following the Barry Bardone-J. David Core saga is quite entertaining, and sometimes it seems it would be better placed in the conic section.
I normally do not pay much attention to the babbling of these two and their constant political dribble. The last two complete sentences in the letter from Core that appeared in the Oct. 13 issue, did, however, get my attention ("Another look at the facts.")
The writer, it is evident, did not take Religion 101.
To compare the three "deities" mentioned as the same, is as false a statement as has ever been made. The writer's credibility, as to the truth and "those are the facts" statements have been very deeply bruised.
I would ask that if people are going to call things the truth, that they be sure that it is.
My deity tells me "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." Exodus 20:16 (KJV)
We are all neighbors in this world.
