A Night at the Sands will feature dinner and a show by the Pittsburgh Rat Pack, a tribute group performing as Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.

Those attending will be able to walk a red carpet, with a photographer, as they enter the event, according to Dawn Takacs of Elite Casino Events, which is organizing the evening.

"We have a professional photographer," Takacs said. "Everyone will be able to download their photos via Flickr."

In addition to the Rat Pack performance, the evening will include casino-style games, a disc jockey, dancing and a variety of prize drawings, giveaways and a Chinese auction.

"Hopefully, everyone who comes will get to walk away with a little something," Takacs said.

Takacs explained there will be special VIP seating at 10 tables surrounding the main stage, which will include VIP passes and either a bottle of champagne or a bottle of chianti. In addition, if a business purchases a VIP table, their company logo will be featured on the signage for the red carpet, she said.
