NEW CUMBERLAND - The gazebo in New Cumberland was the setting that united Jonathan Farmer and Roberta Galiano. The wedding was presided over by Paul Swiger.
Escorted to the altar and given away in marriage by her daughter, Jessica Vanhoy, the bride wore a sweetheart dress and carried a crystal flower bouquet tied with grey satin ribbon.
The groom is the son of the late Robert and Judy Farmer.

Jessica Vanhoy, daughter of the bride, served as the maid of honor. Jackie Call, sister of bride, of East Liverpool; Peggy Carr of Weirton; Alexa Farmer, daughter of the groom, of Weirton; and Ashlee Powell of Wellsburg served as bridesmaids.
Michael Miner of Weirton was the best man. Groomsmen were Dylan Farmer, son of groom, of Weirton; James Campbell of Weirton; and Zack Hanna of Parkersburg.
A reception was held at the Victorian Hall.
The newlyweds plan to travel to Jamaica in March.
The bride is a graduate of Brooke High School and the former Jefferson Community College with a degree in nursing. She attends Belmont College. She is employed by Wheeling Hospital.
The groom is a graduate of the former Mingo High School and Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in computer forensics.
