Class of '64
WINTERSVILLE, Ohio - The Steubenville Catholic Central Class of 1964 will hold the 50th reunion June 13-14.
The next planning meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at Lancelot's Restaurant. Those attending will discuss reunion activities. Organizers are attempting to contact classmates William Layman, Robert Van Dine, Teresa Checca, Betty Ighnat Jacob, Marian Jablonski Sweat, Helen Leonard Barker, Patty Morrow Musser and Diane Rine Kelly.

BAYSA accepting spring soccer
CHERRY VALLEY - The Burgettstown Area Youth Soccer Association is accepting registrations through Feb. 1 for the spring season.
In-person registrations will be taken from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Heritage Public Library in McDonald, Pa., and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Jan. 11 at the Burgettstown Community Library in Burgettstown, Pa.
The group accepts male and female players from 4-years-old through their senior year of high school from the Avella, Burgettstown and Fort Cherry school districts and surrounding areas.
BAYSA has both in-house and travel teams. All in-house and home travel games are played at the group's soccer complex in Cherry Valley.

Center to hold bake sale
WEIRTON - The Greater Weirton Senior Center will hold a bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 30. The center is at 3425 Main St./state Route 2. It welcomes donations of baked goods.
