Fourteen retired law enforcement officers took the oath of office Wednesday as new courthouse security officers and bailiffs at the Hancock County Courthouse. Being sworn in by Judge James P. Mazzone are, from left, Ronald Haggerty, Richard Sherensky, Jimmie George, Jon Phillips, Joseph Gala, David Popish, Timothy Wansack, James Benedetto, Thomas Dodson, Richard Cutone, Terri Sisinni, Dan Foglietti, Thomas Cox and Marc Amendola. Cox, former jail administrator, is the newly appointed courthouse security administrator. Not pictured is Denzel Wilson, who will be sworn in at a later date.
