MORRISTOWN - Cambridge High faced a "tall order" on two front during Tuesday night's Division II Sectional clash with Indian Creek.
First, the Lady Bobcats had to contend with Indian Creek 6-5 junior Bre Berryman.
Second, Cambridge found itself trailing by nine points with just over five minutes to play.

Although Berryman proved a thorn in the Lady Bobcats' side all night at both ends of the floor - finishing with 24 points, 11 rebounds and seven blocked shots to carry the load for the Lady Redskins as 6-2 senior Kiarra Kamarec was out with an injury - Cambridge turned up the defensive pressure to finish with a 15-2 run to pull out a 37-33 victory at Union Local High School.
"She looked like a Division I player tonight," Cambridge coach Dan Linscott said of Berryman. "She presents so many problems, and we don't have anybody to match up with her, but Abbey did a great job. You don't expect to be able to put someone 5-3 on someone 6-5, but when she's away from the basket, it's a good match-up."
Cambridge found itself on the short end of a 31-22 score with 5:17 remaining when the charge began.
Senior Kiersten Taylor got things going by burying back-to-back three-point goals, slicing Creek's nine-point lead down to three, 31-28, with 4:30 to go.
After a coast-to-coast lay-up by sophomore Bethany Davis of the Lady Redskins pushed the lead back to five, 33-28, Cambridge senior Hallie Stocker delivered consecutive close-range goals to pull the 'Cats within 33-32 with 1:50 left.
Yet another triple by Taylor followed, and Cambridge had its first lead since the early stages of the second quarter, 35-33, at the 1:13 mark.
After a Creek turnover - its eighth of the final frame - Taylor buried two free throws with 17 seconds left to give the 'Cats a four-point win.
Cambridge forced the Redskins (14-7) into 22 turnovers and it was the defense that played a big role in the comeback, particularly that of senior Abbey Seckman and freshman Audrey Tingle.
Cambridge forced nine first-quarter turnovers by Indian Creek and managed an 8-3 lead, with Taylor scoring six of her team's points.
In round two, Berryman started to become a factor as she scored 10 of her team's 12 points as the Lady 'Skins moved on top, 15-12, at the half.
Although guilty of just two first-half turnovers, Cambridge struggled to score with a 5-of-21 shooting effort.
Berryman anchored herself in the post for much of the third quarter and scored off dump-ins on four consecutive possessions to help the Redskins gain a 10-7 edge for a 25-19 lead entering the fateful fourth frame.
Taylor's big finish resulted in a team-high 20 points for Cambridge (14-9), with Stocker contributing 10 tallies. The senior duo also led Cambridge in rebounds with four apiece.
Tingle came up with nine steals while Seckman dished out three assists.
Davis ended with seven points, five rebounds and five steals for Creek, but the rest of the team contributed just two points.
Cambridge was 13-of-47 from the field and 8-of-12 at the free throw line with 23 rebounds and just six turnovers. The Creek hit 14-of-28 action shots and 4-of-6 at the stripe and totaled 25 boards.
