Gary Dean Lee Sr., 63, passed away at his home in Malvern, OH, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born October 13, 1950, in Dennison, OH, the son of James and Juliana Lee, both deceased.
He served in the Army for four years during the Vietnam War as a combat veteran. He was honorably discharged.
He was preceded in death by sister, Judy Ann, of Cadiz, OH, brother, Dickey Bell, and his son, Jamie L. Huffman, of Mechanicstown, OH.
He is survived by four brothers, Jim (Lori) Lee of Augusta, OH, Rodney A. Lee, of Louisville, Ronnie (Denise) Lee of Strongsville, OH, Marty Bell of Canton, OH; and a sister, Shiela Bell, of Canton, OH.
He is also survived by two sons, Gary Lee Jr. of Carrollton, OH, Melvin (Tanya) Lee of Carrollton; and two daughters, Deanna Huber of Wintersville, OH, and Lisa Whaley of Carollton, OH; 15 grandchildren, Taylor, Danielle, Paul, Traven, Melvin Jr., Jonathan, Ariel, Brandon, Michael, Troy, Jerrica, Shelby, Bryan, Tyler and Blake and many loving nieces and nephews.
Calling hours for Gary will be Wednesday, May 7 at the Allmon-Dugger- Cotton Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Allmon-Dugger-Cotton Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Main officiating. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery in Carrollton.
