The Thursday concert is part of this year's Wheeling Symphony Orchestra tour, and will feature guest vocalist Donna Groom performing with the symphony under the direction of maestro Andre Raphel.
Groom will perform contemporary songs, including "Nobody Does it Better," "Downtown," and "Rainy Days and Mondays," while the symphony plays works of classic Americana along with a few selections from popular culture, all in celebration of Independence Day.
The concert will be followed by a fireworks display by Pyrotecnico. Those attending are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
