Fay Irene Forrester, 63, of County Rd. 1, Adena, OH, died Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at Wheeling Medical Park.
She was born May 28, 1951, in Doddridge Co., W.Va., daughter of the late Weslely and Shirley Allen Shultz.
She was a Methodist by faith and enjoyed going to the Outerbanks in North Carolina.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. "Soupbean" Forrester Sr.; and son, James D. Forrester.
Surviving are two sons, Richard Forrester of Adena, and Kevin W. (Peggy) Forrester of Wintersville, OH; a daughter, Nolana Miser of Illinois; two brothers, James (Tammy) Shultz of West Union, W.Va. and Jerry Shultz of Beckley, W.Va.; sisters, Barbara (Danny) Cantrell of Broadway, W.Va., Theresa (Clyde) Sponagle of West Union, W. Va., Darlene (Mike) Samples of Charleston, W.Va., Sharon (Stanley) Forrester of North Carolina; and three grandchildren.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Faye and celebrate her life Monday 4-8 p.m. at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Adena, where services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bob Carson officiating.
Burial in Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, OH.
