Harding Middle School hosted more than 90 veterans for breakfast Monday, as the school recognized Veterans Day. Students, including those in the LEO Club, shared breakfast with veterans, learning about their years of service in the military. Among those attending was John Panza, a 103-year-old Army veteran. The national anthem was sung by the jazz choir, with a military medley played by veteran Valerie Stewart. Those taking part included clockwise from bottom left, Barry Bardone, Air Force; Jeffery Hawkins Sr., Navy; Keith Newlon, Army; and Valerie Stewart, Air Force; Livian Cook, Jordan Newlon, Lucas Cook and Elli Cook.
